Agreement

By using Tactical Data Concepts websites and software products (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you use a Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account. Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Services, violate law, or compromise security.

Acceptable use

• No illegal activity, fraud, spam, phishing, or unauthorized access
• No uploading content you lack rights to process
• No attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the Services
• Product-specific rules (for example, document types allowed) apply where stated in the product

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans bill via our payment processor. Fees are described at checkout. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except as we state for a product. We may change pricing with notice for subsequent billing periods.

Intellectual property

We retain rights to the Services, branding, and software. You retain rights to content you upload; you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tactical Data Concepts and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business. Aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 3 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Services. Provisions that by nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted by law.
